Born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland. Attended parochial grammar and high schools in Annapolis. BA (magna cum laude), American Government, U. of Baltimore. MA (International Studies), The Johns Hopkins Univ., School of Advanced International Studies. Have lived in eight of the 50 States and in Vienna, Austria. Languages: English, German, (rusty) French. Divorced. No children.

Contributed travel/business/general interest articles to US and European publications. Establishing an international tour company, offering custom and group tours in Europe (music, grand balls, wine/cuisine, festivals) and the US (Jazz, wine, outdoors, history). Teach English as a Foreign Language in the US and Vienna.
