Thinking very hard before I began to write for this topic. Several things came into play. The main thing is I am a White male, the second is what you are about to read is an Opinion, but it is very educated. I am a Restaurant Manager and my Team is made up of mostly Single Black women.

In the wonderful world of racial inequality and the turmoil between many Black and White people it is no secret that opinions are formed based more on stupidity than on using intelligence. Of course I hope my opinion is seen for the latter.
