Life is exciting and everchanging!

I am the mother of two adult sons, raising them was a joy and delight. They have taught me more than any university could.

I raced cars in my thirties and competed with Team USA Karate in my forties. Now that I'm in my fifties, I have discovered that I have a flair for writing poetry.  I've also found that I have a talent for painting.  Creativity is the order of the day now....

With the love and support of my friends and family, I am mulling over the idea of attempting to publish a book of my writing.

I can't wait to see what happens next!

Anxiety There are times When my anxiety Threatens to overwhelm me Overshadow my personality Excessive worry Tremendous doubt Over some issues That won't come about Going over words Again and again Trying to make sense Trying to stay sane It's difficult to admit But it's very real Keeping logical thought From spinning like a wheel I'm trying to get this Under control But, please know, I'm not playing a role There will be some days That I'll worry and fret But I am trying And I'll overcome this yet
