I live with my husband and teenage son. We have four dogs of our own, and we have five on the times that we foster. We like boating and fishing, and oftimes go off to the numerous lakes offered to us in the surrounding area, here and around the mid-west.

"Plop!" I see one child fall upon the pavement outside my front door as another one stands with arms extended after he pushed the other child. This odd scene occurs just outside my door as I leave my house to explore the wondrous eve of Halloween along with my eighteen month old son.
