I am a 21 year old college student enrolled at a major university where I am studying mathematics. My love for writing comes from my desire to be able to articulate ideas and values which I believe serve as core principles to the common good of mankind. I enjoy 'thinking outside the box' and trying to approach situations from a fresh perspective so that new solutions may be found. I have built my knowledge of the art of writing around the works of great philosophers such as Aristotle, Plato, Nietzsche, and Kant. I also enjoy spending my time trying to broaden my knowledge of the art of mathematics in an attempt to further my understanding of the nature of the universe. I truly believe that all great intellectual process made through mankind over the ages has involved a basic formula composed of three components: Art, Philosophy, and Mathematics. For it is through philosophy that we are able to ponder new ideas, mathematics allows us to then set a framework in which we can explain and test these ideas, and art is the medium through which we express these ideas.
