As a former hiring authority and recruiter I decided to make my old part time job in college my full time profession. Now, I own and operate Righteous Resumes Real Results serving all of the USA. As a Sales Manager or Recruiter I used to have to sift through 100 resumes to get ten good interview candidates. Clearly it is evident my help was needed still today four years after I left my sales manager job in the mortgage business. My idea is simple: I want to be part of the solution.
