I have been a professional writer and editor for over 18 years. More often than not, writers don't get to choose the exact subjects they want to write about when they are trying to pay the bills. I find Helium is a rewarding outlet for articles about subjects that interest me, not a business-oriented client. I suspect most of the other writers here feel the same way. I will be very pleased if my writing offers illumination on a subject that in some way helps the reader. I can't ask for more than that.
