I am Helium Channel Manager for the Self Help Channel.

I am a published author. My book "Warming the Stone Children" is the true story of my healing process from Mother-daughter incest. It was published in March of 06 by PublishAmerica. My second book "This is not Good-bye" was published in May 2009 by Windy City Publishers. It is a clinical and spiritual look at talking to children about death and dying.

I am an ordained Minister, Clinical Social worker (LICSW), Spiritual Counselor and single mother of three! Not always in that order! I currently devote a lot of my time to writing.

My mission in life is to assist others from darkness to light.
