: About Me

I am currently a university student in Edmonton, Alberta, studying Computer Science. I came across Helium after a friend was showing me all the great things that Helium had to offer, and I immediately wanted to be a part of it.

I have been professionally published once, in the Edmonton Journal in the spring of 2008, when I gave my views on the Berkshire-Hathaway Annual General Meeting held in Omaha, Nebraska.

I am a self-proclaimed nerd, loving all things technological. Whether they be the newest computers or the little-known gems of websites available on the internet, I have an opinion on almost everything in the tech world. Within a month I will be CompTIA A+ certified to fix computers, which will hopefully provide the foundation for a career in the IT or software development industry.

When I'm not working on computers or going to school, I'm either at work or playing my favourite game, Magic: The Gathering. The amazing community of players I belong to coupled with my natural competitive spirit are what ties me to this game, and I attend Friday Night Magic tournaments, Prereleases and Pro Tour Qualifiers in the Edmonton area.

My combined passions of Magic and Writing have led to my signing on with Power 9 Pro, a company that makes product solutions for avid Magic Players. I write articles on their site, www.power9pro.com, and am always available to assist players and dealers as to how our products work and improve the experience of the players. As a player-based company, we always want input and feedback to help with future products, so don't be afraid to drop me a line through the website.

I've grown to love Helium, and I thank all the great people who have made my time here so amazing. If you se me on the boards, don't be afraid to say hi, and I'll gladly help anyone reolve their Helium issues to the best of my capabilities.
