I'm a non-lawyer in a lawsuit against Robins Air Force Base and a major Defense contractor because of contracting corruption I accidently uncovered at the base. I'm fighting in five courts and continue to seek accountability at RAFB.
Georgia's politicians are refusing to help. Senator Chambliss relies on one of the key defendants to raise funding for him.
Senator Isakson's staff asked for court documents, but refused to help. I followed the money and discovered he accepted money from the defendants.
Governor Purdue sent me an email saying he couldn't help. I followed the money and found out the defendants and their lawyers contribute to him financially.
The more I learned about PACs, and the corporate ties, the more I despised the American Judicial and Defense contracting systems.

Lobbysts wouldn't have to make contributions. The corporations who hire the lobbyists, and in fact, are sometimes the lobbyists by way of setting up a separate entity, can make the contributions via other means. Don't you think the politicians already know who is who in the lobbyist/corporate world? For example: Intergraph Corporation contributes to Georgia Senators. In turn, the Senators become loyal to the corporation who funded them.
