About me - Ed Dugan

About me

As a former college president and CEO of my own capital campaign and strategic planning firm, I have spent most of my life writing for one reason or another. I suppose, if you count the fees my clients or employers paid me, you could say I was a writing professional. I am also the author of an award-winning cookbook, Help-I Gotta Cook! that can be found on Amazon or on my webpage www.ineedtocook.com

Like most writers of non-fiction, I like to tell myself I write to inform but, after a lifetime of viewing current events, I have to confess I really write to vent as well as to inform. I like to ask people to consider a different viewpoint from their own, not to change them but to enlighten them.
