Hi everyone, I'm 42, a humanitarian by heart and a lover of mankind. I just recently got married to my soulmate, Stephen, who has three children and we have a dog called Timi and a fish. Stephen and I are members of our local Mountain Rescue Team. We are both IT consultants and absolutely love computers. I have always had the need to write and it has always been an integral part of my work in the past. Previous jobs have included Community Development Manager and Director, Researcher, Placement Development Officer. I have been running my own business for the past eight years in IT. I started to write an historical novel sixteen years ago and never had the nerve to finish it as it requires so much tidying up and research - I'll get there some day! I have a great interest in spiritual things, not so much in organised religions even though I have a great respect for them all. I love people and travelling and wish to live abroad in a lovely warm country some day when the kids have grown up. I am blessed in that my parents are both alive at the age of 89 and 79 and my life is rich because of their wonderful support for me.

Several years ago, I became desperate to know my future because nothing seemed to go well in my life. I was twenty six years old, had been in a few immature relationships and had one heart breaking romance which destroyed me. Deep down, since I was three years old I knew I had a soulmate and that one day I would walk down the aisle with all my friends and family around me. Shortly after that, I met someone. He was four years younger, entertaining, made me laugh and lifted me from my doldrums. I was completely sucked in by his constant words, that I was the girl for him. I wasn't instantly ...
