I wish I could say I am a proud watcher of reality TV. But that is not the case. I realized how ashamed I am one afternoon. I was watching a rerun of some reality show while waiting for a friend to come over. When I heard her knock on the door I immediately changed the channel and turned the TV off (to hide the evidence in case she should want to flick it on and then see what I was watching). I realized I am ashamed to be caught watching this stuff.
