About me

Born in Leicestershire, England but now living in West Wales, UK with my wife Caroline and son Charlie.

I enjoy writing of all types and have been widely published academically as a health researcher (primarily ophthalmology) - most titles can be seen on www.pubmed.gov Currently working as a research manager in the health service.

I also enjoy slogan competitions (although no wins yet) and have written a humerous 50,000 word book about 2 of my solo adventures: a 1,003 mile cycle from the top of Scotland (John O'Groats) to the end of England (Lands End), and a 250 mile kayak along the river Thames. Currently trying to get this published.
