Born in Leicestershire, England but now living in West Wales, UK with my wife Caroline and son Charlie.
I enjoy writing of all types and have been widely published academically as a health researcher (primarily ophthalmology) - most titles can be seen on www.pubmed.gov Currently working as a research manager in the health service.
I also enjoy slogan competitions (although no wins yet) and have written a humerous 50,000 word book about 2 of my solo adventures: a 1,003 mile cycle from the top of Scotland (John O'Groats) to the end of England (Lands End), and a 250 mile kayak along the river Thames. LEMON POLLOCK ON COUSCOUS This recipe can be used with any type of fresh fish, however it is especially tasty when thick fillets of white fish are used, such as Sea Bass, Cod, or as I suggest Pollock.
