What do I say about myself? I guess I should just be short and to the point. I've been around the world, served in the Navy, worked for the NSA, been a pizza delivery driver, worked as a criminal investigator in Bahrain, pub crawled my way around Ireland, been to the Eiffel Tower, mountain biked through the rain forest in Panama, climbed Mayan pyramids in Belize, I speak Arabic and Iraqi dialect, I've played guitar for 15 years and enjoy playing heavy metal and Irish folk, I currently play in a monthly Irish music session at the local pub, I'm a big nerd-I grew up on Dungeons & Dragons, Monty Python, Fantasy novels from the likes of Tolkien, Brooks, and Eddings, Renassaince Faires, and used to be an active member of the SCA(Society for Creative Anacronism). I love reading and believe one can never own too many books. As stated before I love fantasy, adventure fiction, history, sci-fi, and anything that is just a damm good story. I suppose all my interests and experiences have given me a peculiarly warped view of things. Hence, the reason for joining this site; a place to write down all the messed up ideas floating in my head.

However, journeys to Antarctica are surprisingly possible. Adventure Antarctica travel has become much easier and more affordable in the modern era than ever before. Most trips are in the form of sightseeing tours, or just plain Antarctica cruises. Yes, there are some cruises that go to the great, white continent. To travel to Antarctica, most cruises start off in Ushuaia, Argentina, but some will leave from New Zealand and Australia....
