I have a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, and a Master of Arts in Cell and Molecular Biology. I worked for many years doing research and development in the biotechnology field. I also hold a multiple subject teaching credential and have taught earth and physical science, as well as reading, math and art, at the middle school level. Although my educational background is in the sciences, my many interests also include history, art, psychology, and mythology. I have recently embarked on an in-depth study of herbalism and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I love to write and hope to someday fulfill my lifelong ambition to write fantasy novels. I also enjoy quilting, gardening, traveling and researching my family's genealogy.
