Hi, welcome!

Friends and family call me Brig or Briggie. You are welcome to call me either or. Thank you for visiting all about me here on Helium. I'm 41 years-old with three boys. Two are in college at San Diego State. I'm definitely a proud mom. I have an eight-year-old at home.

My days are never boring. Three seems to be a favorite number with me. Not just with the three boys, three children, but ,also, I have three dogs-Rambo, Hurley and Lisa, and three chickens. I think of it as the trinity and blessings from life.

Psychology, crystals, essential oils, aromatherapy, holistic modalites, herbs and mythology have been a passion of mine since chilhood. I have been fortunate to be exposed to various religions in my life. Catholic, Christian, Mormon, Hinduism, Buddhism, Pentecostal and Kabbala.

My background is also multi-cultural as well. Native American Indian culture from Apache, Simone, Cherokee, Hispanic, and Irish. I speak Spanish as a second language, and it would be lovely to speak a few others.

I traveled quite a bit when I was younger and married, and was often compared to a gypsy, I was called Gypsy Brigett. I was married to an artist that paints Native Indians from Mexico, and my children all love to write and paint. Being married to a childhood sweetheart was a great experience for me, and we are very good friends now. Of course, we do get on each others bad side at times, but for the most part we love our children. I was married for over 17 years, but new him forever. I feel we had many life times together.

I have to tell you we had an art gallery for many years selling fine art. I would have to say over 15 years. During that time, I was raising kids and going to college. My passion was psychology and journalism. I loved both and still do. I wrote for the college newspaper in Metro State College of Denver on various alternative authors and even Jerry Springer, I interviewed. He is a really great guy.

I belong to over 15 ning sites. They are wonderful all based on spirituality, community and living life in these times right now.

You might be familiar with "The Secret" and laws of attraction, powerful intentions, well, there are ning sites that are filled with loving people all over the world working on these principles. You really must check them out, and I will include a few of them here on my favorite.

Besides, writing how to articles, I enjoy writing on crystals, chakras, meditation, aromatherapy, how to make your own products for your face, body and massage oils. Healing remedies for people and pets, aura cleansing, spiritual cleansing your home and most self-help new age articles. I love giving and receiving angel/goddess readings and helping those on their spiritual journey.

I have clients in India and United States. They are all seeking how to live in these new times. Some have just started on their spiritual path and want to feel joy in their hearts and be connected to others by giving. We are connected and divine. We deserve love and joy in our mind, body and soul always. The universe is filled with wonder and imagination. We do not have to be alone, and being spiritual doesn't mean perfect, it means spirit, breath and life.

A lot of my charity work has been with teenagers. I volunteered at high risk detention centers, organizations and projects. I taught art therapy and dream interpretations. I counseled and conducted drug assessments. I continue to work with male and female adults on their spiritual journey that have illnesses that are life threatening as well as a few who are wanting to improve their family and career life.

I attended several universities in Colorado and Arizona. Australasian Health Sciences and a wonderful correspondent university online on Ecology, and reconnecting with nature. I've been on Blog talk radio giving intuitive insight and angel readings. I'm currently living in Arizona but I love traveling to California to visit my boys, mother, sister, nieces and five brothers. Big family!
