Greetings! I am thrilled to join Helium! I am the author of the novel, "Blue Leather Journal" written under my pen name, "Susannah Gray" which was published in 2005. It is available on Amazon.com, as well as through bookstores nationwide. It is not your traditional "family saga" as it includes true historicaly noteable ancestors, time travel and mystery. I've received some nice reviews via Amazon readers. Presently, I am working on the sequel "Red Leather Journal".

I am a graduate of the University of Southern California and I was the Litigation Administrator Senior Paralegal for a huge Fortune 100 Company for 15 years and prior to that, I worked as a litigation paralegal in a large lawfirm in Los Angeles.

I am also a graphologist (handwriting expert) and have utilized this expertise in the workplace, as well as in my novels and short stories. I have also studied interior design and culinary arts.

My husband and I have successfully brought up three children; all of which have graduated from college. Our eldest son and his wife have just made us first time grandparents! Oh sure, we've experienced some issues with them along the way, such as ADD, but we have always worked as a family to meet the challenges we were faced with. I am a true believer that it is possible to be a successful working mother, wife and caregiver for an elderly parent, so long as everyone in the family works together in a loving and communicative way.

I will be writing articles based on my experience in all of these areas and hope my readers will find them both informative and helpful.
