Right outside of Atlanta's Little Five Points is the town of Roswell, GA. A few friends and I had the distinct pleasure of driving down from Nashville a few weekends ago because they had a gig at a quaint little barn-like restaurant with rustic side boards and a big, green canoe for a beer well. The drive down in the first week of October is absolutely breathtaking. I am just glad we got back home in one piece from all the rubber-necking going on. This awesome place for the best ribs in Georgia is aptly named Swallow At The Hollow. MMMMMmmmmmm! Good stuff! It's off a back street off a back...
