I was born a Southern Belle but never put down roots ... blowing far up north to South Dakota before I was even old enough to walk. My family & I (three daughters and husband) have lived in South Dakota our whole lives. I enjoy my family, friends, work, reading, writing, and as a hobby I have found my heart to be bigger than I realized caring for and showing Chinese Crested dogs.

By day, I am Director for a Software Support Team providing solutions for Telecommunications Companies, and have 10 years of experience in this field.

My absolute favorite thing to do is to get paralyzingly scared by an excellent horror movie or book.

The best customer service I ever had was at a hotel in South Carolina. A country mansion, transformed into a traveler's paradise, the concierge and staff catered to every whim. Upon arrival, they found they had an extra room un-rented, beside our reserved room and offered it free of charge for our children to allow us extra room! They provided a snack basket in the bedroom, complimentary bicycles to ride around the property, and standard turn-down service.
