Where is Spain?

Would you be able to locate Spain on a map? It is not my purpose to be critic but after some years teaching Spanish to English speakers, I realize there are a lot of people who don't know where Spain is.

So, the answer is: in Europe.

Why people think Spain is in Latin America? I think it is quite logical, as they associate the language (Spanish language) to all the Spanish speakers from countries in South/Central America.

Let's be more concrete: Spain is located at the South of Europe. If we take a look at a map, we can say this country is "below" France. In fact...
