As a teen, I wrote poetry, most related to heartbreak and love, some about social issues. Later as an adult, I have written a few pieces; they have been meaningful to what presents itself on my life's journey.
I was part of the staff for the school papers in journalism classes in Junior High, Senior High, and College. It was by chance that during one of my semesters in college, a local paper, the Daily News Antelope Valley Section; was looking for a student to write a freelance Community Column.
