I am an RN with 15 years management experience and a total of 28 years in the nursing field. The main focus of my nursing career has been in the ED and critical care areas

I have  a couple articles published in Nursing magazines in the past. I started writing again when i found the helium site. I love to read and I especially enjoy writing. Because my job is rather stressful, writing is a perfect outlet for me to reduce stress levels. Someday I would like to write a book but that probably that will not happen until I retire someday.

I love to travel and have been to Europe several times. I love music and sing in the church choir. I  I have a lot of restless energy and writing helps me to relax and stay focused on something when I am not working.
