Voracious curiosity and the desire to share what I've discovered define my journey on this planet so far. Wine, quantum physics, snowboarding and growing veggies all hold my attention, as do film-making, parenting and basic mechanics. Raised in the rain forest of British Columbia with four siblings, some old bicycles and a lot of time to play in the woods, my imagination became my chum and has remained a dependable ally. I've been in high school, art school, and nursing school, lived in cities around the world, and had about 700 different jobs. Now I've returned to rural BC, half way between Whistler & Vancouver. I've come to play and have a little family, and write about my tales and trails and travails.

I've got mad typing skills. It just makes sense.
