Being born in the Lancashire seaside resort of Blackpool makes me officially 'Sand-Growen', even if nowadays I live just outside of Manchester in the UK.
I am a twin (yes, the evil one) and have an affection for all sorts of comedy.
There are a lot of things 'I used to be...', but I'm far more interested in what I'm going to be - particularly when I grow up. I am 39 years-old (actually, I'm nowhere near that yet, but rather like the compliments the error tends to generate).
Oh, and I'm the hot chick on the back of the bench in this old band photo. I look better in black and white. After all, you know what they say, "Colour can add ten pounds to a gal." Well, there's that and the rather bad mid-life acne attack . . .

I first smiled glibly at Sarah through gritted teeth. No good Catholic mother likes her son to have a life, never mind one dripping in women.
