Science = War

I think it is high national security to control and release bits of technology. For instance a science that would make an easy nuclear bomb from house hold cleaners. You can't have monkeys out there building forest fires because they learned the science of starting a fire. In other words, you can't have science teaching people how to make things to powerful for mans own good. One would have to limit science and it could be taken to that next degree of false science.
