If your just starting college and want to avoid weight gainig then your at the guide. When you dont want to have weight on you during college then avoid eating all kinds of fat when ready to eat. Also when one of your classes is near outside take a chance to run around the parking lot. When your at lunch remember to pickup healthy foods.
