Public transportation should be free for the elderly, disabled and the kids trying to get to and from school. Now people who work everyday for a living and do not drive to work their company should have some type of program that every month to whom ever wants to use this service should pay X amount of dollars and the company paids the rest so these people ride at a reduce rate.
