Hi my name is Jessica and I live in the northern half of Michigan. I was born and raised in a fairly small town but always had big dreams to make it big some day. I have many interests and hobbies that I try to do on a regular basis but I have two beautiful young daughters that keep me very busy so somtimes so finding the time to do all of the things that I would like to do is a struggle.
Currently I am a stay at home mom but I am looking to change all of that once my youngest is in school in the fall. I would love to find a career in journalism or writing. I joined Helium to hone in on some of my writing skills and be able to share and give and get some great advice from experienced writers. I love to write and count it as one of my lifes passions. Ever since I was a little girl I can remember writing stories and such. It was such a great way of expressing myself.
I am a very active person. I love to be outdoors and enjoy nature. I love to hike, canoe, ski, camp, swim and go horse back riding.
When I am not busy in front of my computer working on one of my stories or articles I am off with my family enjoying life as best we can. I love my family and couldn't ask for more. My husband has always been very supportive of me in all that I do and my children are such a great source of inspiration and love.
