About me - Ben Sissom

About me

Who am I? My name is Belinda, I'm a proud mother of two children and a wife. These roles take up most of my time.

Writing has been an outlet for me and something I've tried to pass along to my kids and their friends. It has always been an outlet for me to release my emotion, vent my anger or express my concerns. Once I've written an article I feel much better because I have gotten it off my chest and on to paper.

I've been lucky enough to become published through Sentimental Magazine with an article I wrote on Helium called "Choosing the Best Season for your wedding". Through Helium I've also sold and published several other articles on a variety of subjects.

Between my family, church and writing I feel an inner peace that money cannot buy.

to give my opinions, and I have many of those.

What I am reading/watching/listening to ...

I am reading nothing at the moment, I just finished the book "Dear John" and there are very few shows on television that I like anymore unless you count decorating shows. I listen to all kinds of music from country to classis rock.

My first job ...

was at Fashion Discovery.

My best moment ...

was graduating from college.

My inspiration ...

is to find happiness and balance in my busy life.
