It’s almost 2012 – Are you being true to yourself yet?
After 18 years of enlightening experience in the counselling field, specializing in women’s issues, working at a women's shelter, in sexual abuse services, employment services, and working with street kids, I am now putting in writing, all that I have passed on and taught verbally over the years. It's life altering stuff!
I’m also an alternative teacher, facilitating a wide variety of workshops and groups that I’ve developed myself. I write all articles and material – educational and promotional – that correspond with these events.
Historically, I have a background in literary short story, article and poetry publication, as well as theatre performance review for a regional newspaper.
Currently, I write a column, "Lightworker’s Way", for the Spiritual Niagara site, a blog on the Inspirational Transformational Network site, “Life and Afterlife: A Partnership. I also maintain my own blog site, “Gatekeepers and Lightworkers”.
All of my material is focused on human nature and behaviour, life purpose and direction, relationships (of all types), spiritual education, self-improvement and stress management – tools and lessons needed to live life authentically!

Our bodies naturally shift to adapt and therefore, I find that going with the flow of our earth’s changes is the first and most important approach in dealing with the winter blues. This can be challenging as today’s society teaches us to ignore how our body is made up to naturally go with the flow of its environment; we rely on artificial light to keep ourselves...
