I'm one of a kind. My family thinks I'm an alien from a strange planet. They are probably right. My life and my background are different from that of most people I know, and I've been chronicling them for posterity.
I will write about everything and anything. If a subject fascinates me, I will write about it.
My background: I was born in New York City of Puerto Rican parents, grew up in the projects of the South Bronx in a bilingual, bicultural household.
My husband and I did some extensive travelling in the United States and Europe while he was stationed in the USAF. We spent a few seasons of "Minotony" in North Dakota (two years), then luck smiled on us and we were stationed at Hahn Air Base, Germany in the 1970's. In 1993, the Americans turned Hahn over to the Germans, and it is now a civilian airport.
We lived in Germany four years and they were some of the best years of my life.
After leaving Germany, we returned to New York City. Our son was born in the Bronx, and our daughters in Massachusetts, where we currently reside. The children are now grown, our son works full time, and the twins are college students.
Although I've written bits and pieces here and there, between traveling and raising my kids, there was little time for me to get seriously involved in writing until recently. So you can say I'm a late bloomer.

A large Russian Blue stares down from the shelf while his humans make love the man is distracted by that wise feline stare he says to his woman get that cat out of here the woman replies he's just a cat he doesn't know what’s we’re doing he's fixed! reluctantly she carries the feline voyeur to the other room shuts the door but it’s not the same without him there with those big green eyes watching the humans proceed to go forth and multiply while kitty dreams of voluptuous furry females in heat Life sucks, doesn't it?
