I had a dream Mine wasn't Martin Luther King's I saw the seed you planted is now the tree I had a dream How you made room in your womb to carry me How you spoiled me with your milk and sweets How you thought me to stand on my feet I had a dream I saw you snap you fingers and I heared you scream I saw the blood that was soaked in the hospital sheets What more do I need What more can I say You wanted me to read and write so you walked me to school everyday Made me the man that I am and taught me to tigh my lace You showed me the light and taught me to pray I wish we could forever be together...
