About me - Jim Segal

About me

I enjoy writing about many issues, mostly politics, because it is the heart and soul of what is going around us. My uncle told me not to ever talk of religion and politics, but politics is what is happening in our very own day to day lives. Outside of politics, I do enjoy writing other issues, poetry, short stories, etc. Also, I am in the National Guard In Georgia, U.S.A., and facing a deployment in Afghanistan, so I am preparing to write many pages of documentary and journal of my trip, before preperation and events.
I enjoy fishing and plucking my bass guitar on he side. These things frees up my mind, but most of all, time with friends and family. With out them, what are we worth.
My best friend and family, my wife and my english bulldog, Lucy, are my what keeps me going day to day, and to achieve love for what it is meant to be, to the fullest.

Whenever a boat is out on the open water, something is always bound to happen. How many of us have gone out and forgot to place the drain plug back into the drain hole before launching from the ramp. How about fishing a mile or two away from the launch ramp and the boat motor happens to not start again. We can always stick something in the drain hole till we can make it back to shore and hopefully luck ...
