I believe back ground checks must be part of the hiring process for small business.
I beleive this background check should include checking for any past arrests, bad check charges, drug or alcohol use, and a credit check. There should also be a check of past employment, previous job experience should be confirmed and past employers should be able to mentiopn negative problems they had with the person. Employers hsould also be able to verify past education. I think a credit check should also be done.
