Tracey is the heart and soul of Vireo Health Promotions. The founder of the business, I believe passionately that health, fitness and wellbeing is achieveable for everyone on the earth. Tracey is responsible for the development of programs and running training workshops on health related matters.
Educationally, I hold a a Bachelor of Arts (with a major in sociology) and a Graduate Certificate in Health Promotion. I also provide volunteer assistance to the National Heart Foundation by being a member of the Heart Health Talks Group and a Walk Organiser for Heart Foundation Walking in Deception Bay and have recently joined Peninsula Toastmasters to improve my public speaking skills.
I love to learn and have an insatiably curious mind.
