About me - Matt Mahan

About me

I am a 38 year old, married, father of 1
I enjoy writing as a means of expressing my opinions and getting my ideas formulated. I was invited to Helium and after cruising around have found it to be a comfortable place to express myself.

Through the course of many events in my lifetime, I have accumulated experiences that writing helps me to share. I certainly do not agree with everyone on every subject, but I feel there are always opportunities to educate myself from other people.

During the day, I own my own pest control business. This aspect of my life provides me with varied opportunities to expand my creative and factual writing. I also like to fill my days by occasionally doing background and extra work for the various studios here in southern California. It is always nice to be "someone else" for a day.
