I am a married middle aged male.
Many years ago when I was in High School, I always seemed to do well when there were assignments to write short stories. I enjoyed being on the yearbook staff my senior year. The yearbook staff got to do one issue of the school paper. I was selected to be the sports editor and wrote an article as well.
A friend of mine turned me on to this site and it looks very interesting. It gives me an outlet to do some writing and hopefully make a little money.

The main key to staying motivated to exercise to get on a schedule. You should pick a convenient time of day to exercise. In my case, it is the first thing in the morning. I get up and walk about 2 miles every day. If the weather is bad, I walk on a treadmill. At first it was tough and I had to force myself to get up early and exercise. Now it has become a habit.
Another thing that helps is to find something that you enjoy doing. If you don't enjoy walking, try riding a bicycle or trying an exercise video. There are several good videos out these days. Whatever you chose, be sure...
