After my separation, my self-esteem went down the tube. I started dating right away. I wanted to feel like I wasn't the "fat and ugly" person he had said I was over the years. I kept the children out of it. I would only date when the children were with their grandpa or with their father. It was hard to schedule it, but it was a good idea.
