I write romance novels with Big Beautiful Heroines. I have 6 novels and 1 compilation of short stories in print.
My first nonfiction book - 10 Steps To Loving Your Body (No Matter What Size You Are) - has just been published.
After dieting for 22 years, I decided that I was tired of being hungry all the time. So I made up my mind that I was going to eat healthily, exercise moderately, and learn to love the body that developed.
On the front cover of 10 Steps To Loving Your Body (No Matter What Size You Are) I wrote these words:
"Your body is a unique work of art.
There never has been, nor will there ever be
another body just like yours.
Learn to love it and it will love you back."
When I learned this vital lesson, I became happier than I had ever been.
My desire is that everyone "out there" can realize that they are a unique one-of-a-kind work of art. Learn to love and appreciate that work of art.

ATTITUDE "A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort." Herm Albright When I was in high school there was a particular classmate who would send me very negative vibes each time our eyes met. Now, I didn't know this girl and couldn't figure out why she was going out of her way to let me know that she didn't like me. She never said anything to me; she just glared at me a lot. This was a highly unusual quandary for me to have to deal with, as most people either liked me or were just indifferent to me. But not open hostility!...
