: About Me

I am a married mother of 4, I've had a lot of craziness in my life and feel as though I have become a stronger person from those experiences. I feel as though I have so much to share and offer the world. I hope that I can make a difference in at least one persons life, if not more.
I live in Colorado and love to read, travel, watch movies, and raise my kids in a positive environment.

When I was young, my first inspiration to become a writer came from reading Judy Blume books. I really felt like she knew exactly what I was thinking and could really relate to what kids and young adults were going through. I really wanted to write just like her. Somehow time has gotten away from me and I've been busy raising kids so I haven't been able to take the time to start writing. So here I am, going for it, and trying to work it into my busy schedule. Better late than never, right?!

It was ninth grade and I was fourteen or fifteen years old. It was the last year of junior high school and I decided to sneak some hard liquor from my dads liquor cabinet. I mixed a whole bunch of different hard liquors together and added water to the rest to make it look like they hadn't been touched. I put my mixture in an empty squirt bottle and took it to school with me. I would meet my friends in the bathroom and we'd squirt it into our mouths.
