I've been writing all of my life. I've submitted multiple stories and poems to various magazines, with no luck so far (though one magazine is actually holding one of my stories for future use). I've had my letters to the editor published many times in a couple of my local newspapers. For a couple of months I wrote for one of my local paper's Everyday Faith column, answering questions people have about people of faith. I've been writing reviews for epinions.com for about a year and have written over a hundred reviews so far.
I am considering working towards a degree in Psychology or Sociology in the future - and have taken one general Psychology class online.
I understand many types of people because of those who I interact with every day. My nearest and dearest family and friends consist of all ages - from my unborn niece or nephew to my close to ninety grandma.
I love to learn and am currently teaching myself both history and current politics - through various books that I am reading - hoping that this will better help me understand my country and what I can do for this land that I love. I also read many "real-life" blogs of parents, as well as Parents magazine, to teach myself more about relating to children and about different ways to parent for when my time to be a mommy comes.
I love to write and to read. I love computers. I enjoy watching a movie every now and then. I love to spend time with my siblings, but also like peace and quiet. I appreciate the beauty in nature.
My passion is ...
my love for God and His love for me!
I know too much about ...
physical pain.
Why I write ...
because I love it!
