: About Me

In my mind exists a peace. It is the core of my being. With life as breath in my lungs, I proudly perform my duty as a man. For my shortcomings, I bow my head, open my ears, and humble myself to chastening. I am a work in progress. This peace guides me As I battle conformity, the peace implants knowledge. I wait as I learn. For there will be configuration amid calamity. In an instant the noun "knowledge" will manifest itself as a verb. For now the knowledge rests in my soul, but tomorrow it will carry me to infinity. -David M. In the beginnin there was nothing. Then God allowed light to pierce the nothingness. And in the light existed gas and dust. And of the gas and dust, God created earth amongst time and space. And of the earth, God created me; a natural occuring phenomena amongst planets, stars, and matter. I am physical, yet so much more. I can think, reason, and read. I can feel. I have a spirit that is God like. He has another place prepared for me. In order to exist in this place, I must be groomed here on earth. For my destiny is not to be consumed by the earth and forever bound to its gravitational pull. But my legend will be that I will become free in the Heavens with the sweet spirit of existance forever. - David M.

To me, the summer solstice means humanity has breached the horizon. We have arrived to our annual reflection meeting with the sun. The word solstice is derived of the Latin words sol (meaning sun), and sistere (meaning to stand still). It is my personal belief that at this time, God somehow physically demonstrates that He is all powerful. He shines His light a little longer for our comfort in knowing He's there.
