I'm a 19 year old college student traveling on the road of life like any young person and I joined Helium to write my heart out,let people know my work and make what I love most in life into something that can be enjoyed by everyone who reads. What I hope to get out of writing here is to perfect my writing skills, get to know other writers, and get to know myself better.
To me wrting is everything and the written word is something that has fascinated me since I was a child. I think it's very important that people should read to their children as often as they can because it benefits them later on in life and in school. For the most part I enjoy classical music,rock, some 80's, techno, r&b, hip hop, jazz,ska. I find inspiration for writing and poetry from the old masters and from some still with us.

dark at night, I see bright lights approach with the sound of wind rushing past me and the trees swaying. Faster now it comes with lightning speed as the bright lights are upon me. Ans then, and empty black void fills me.
