Just recently graduated from college, I find myself at a crossroad, but I realize that this isn't the first time I've been here. Yet now the time has come for me to choose the life I truly will live and I couldn't be more conflicted. The gifts and abilities people have were bestowed upon them in order for them to better others, as well as themselves. So the question is: will I let those go to waste?
I am a writer - no matter what I do in life, I will be foremost a writer. Writing for me is like the intensity of a painter finishing their last touches on their new masterpiece and they showcase their vision of life to the entire world. They do it, because it's in their soul. Not because of the wisdom that may come from them, but because it'll cause them to burst if they don't.
I am thinker. I have many interests some extraordinary, some original, and some unorthodox. But curiosity is what keeps me going. I think once you stop being curious about life, life loses its purpose.
All I know right now is that life is unpredictable but never meaningless. No matter what happens, I hope I have the strength to take it on and to never stop writing.
My passion is ...
being who I am, enjoying what I do, and being all I can possibly be
I know too much about ...
thinking. I do it way too much. I wish there was a temporary shut off switch.
My parents always told me ...
to never give up
My childhood ambition ...
to be a doctor or a ballet dancer. I didn't say that it was practical... I have incredibly shaky hands.
My favorite memory ...
Standing at the edge of a cliff and looking down to see far I've come then looking at the horizon knowing this is my reward to see such natural beauty surrounding me
Why I write ...
because it's like breathing to me
What I am reading/watching/listening to ...
Lisey's Story by Stephen King; Stolen Innocence by Elissa Wall with Lisa Pulitzer; Buddha: A Story of Enlightenment by Deepak Chopra
My first job ...
working at my local movie theater & being plagued by the smell of popcorn for the rest of my life
My best moment ...
the moment afterwards when you've helped someone and the look of relief , gratitude, and hope lights up their face
My inspiration ...
knowing that I can make a difference in someone's life even if it's helping them crack a smile is worth every pain and hurt I've suffered

I can feel the vibration of this melody As if my heartbeat is the beat Of this tune. It captivates me, mesmerizes me And I'm caught in its net. What was only black and white, Is now filled in with shades of gray And what I had known in the beginning, Is only a page In the book of Life. But it's not just my life, nor is just of one Soul. This book is filled with all The my...
