About me - Caroline St Clare

About me

I'm currently studying to qualify as a Nutritionist so I can combine my love of writing with my intense interest in health and diet while hopefully helping others along the way.

I have so many writing projects on the go, all of which are progressing very slowly while I concentrate on building my Helium portfolio. But those books will be finished one day, so will the website, the blog, the copywriting course .... and so on.

I've been writing for years, but never realized I could make a living from doing it!  Although I've had hundreds of letters published in various magazines, newspapers and publications I never considered this made me a writer.

After spending eight years studying part time for a BSc. degree (8 years because I was working full time and producing children), I finally graduated in 2007 and was awarded a First class honors in Statistics, Information Technology and Computing.

Helium is a fantastic opportunity for developing and improving writing skills as well as learning from the many excellent writers already contributing here.
