As an Editor-In-Chief I read a lot of stories. Each story comes from a hopeful writer. All writers know the hope of having something they've written published. What many don't realize is how hopeful editors are when we pick up those stories. When I pick up a story, I want it to be good. When I pick up a story, I want it to be well-written.
