I have been writing all of my life from poems to short stories and always hoped I would have the time to write a novel at some point in life, so I am currrently working on a manuscript . My poems have been published by the International Society of poets and Noble House of London.
My writing has been a source of relaxation and release for me in that it takes me away from the everyday tensions and stresses and allows me to pour those emotions into the words on the paper. Allowing those words to become an actual creation gives me a sense of freedom in that the emotions that are packed behind them are no longer inside of me but set free within the world.
I love reading as well but also enjoy creating, anything from a meal to crafts and more. Something that I have created with my hands and mind brings great satisfaction and that sense of pride that comes from doing it.
I always felt that if my words and experiences could help just one other person in this world then the effort of writing things down is well worth it. Of course I would hope to be able to benefit more than one person as i believe we all share a basic common goal as human beings. The hard thing about life is everyone is so busy pushing their point of view that we do not stop to realize we are all saying the same thing, just in different words and ways.
Dieting can be a frustrating experience but it does not have to be, the first thing we have to deal with is realizing that we need to change our habits that have contributed to the problem of over weight A great way to start is to keep a 3 to 5 day journal of everything we eat and do with times and portion sizes. this gives us a place to start and make adjustments.
