My name is Alan Ruffner. I am currently married to Beverly. My wife of over 20 years. I have one daughter Kristina who will be 19 this coming July 28,2008.
I love to write true stories about people that have a spiritual application.
I have written several fiction stories about pets and their ownners.
I love writing small scenes for Junior church that I feel led to write.
I love to encourage others with my writings and put humor in the stories that may help someone get over a difficult day.
I could even write sex stories and have been trying to decide on whether I should or not. Being a Christian, I don't think I should. What is your opinion?
I am currently taking a course through Jerry Jenkins Christian Writers Guild with Jim Dyet as my mentor. I am scheduled to finish it in 2009.
My goal and purpose is to write Christian humor and true stories of individual lives.

I feel that every one who is old enough to decide on how to be viewed should be permitted to choose. Normally, the younger generation doesn't seem to be concerned about it. Even when they loose a close friend or family member, some say that they will make their own arrangements, but often times just forget about it. Even us older folks attend a funeral and say the same thing about making our own arrangements. There are so many options to choose from these days.
