I am a stay-at-home mother of three girls. They are ages 8, 5, and 1. As you can imagine, my hands are often full, if not only for washing the clothing of five people everyday. I am a very dusty writer. I used to write short stories and articles with enthusiasm. I used to be creative and witty. I also used to be an avid reader. Now I feel adorned with cob webs and it may take me some time to shake them off. I am not expecting much from my first few articles, but I am hoping that reading and putting in some practice here will help get my writing groove back.

The American Flag. Our banner, like our country, was made from hope and from pride. The meaning that the Flag holds is different to each individual.
